Cancellation Policy

This policy describes when an order or engagement with Blue Star may be cancelled or replaced.

1. Cancellation Window

  • One-off services may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that work has not yet commenced.
  • Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

2. Conditions for Cancellation or Replacement

  • A cancellation request must be sent in writing to info@bluestar.com from the email address used at the time of purchase.
  • If work has already begun, a pro-rata charge for completed work and any third-party costs already committed will be deducted from any refund.
  • Replacement of a deliverable will be considered when the original output materially fails to meet the agreed brief; in such cases Blue Star will revise the work at no additional cost.

3. Cancellation by Blue Star

Blue Star reserves the right to cancel an engagement and refund any unused portion of the fee if the project cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside its reasonable control or if the customer breaches these terms.

4. Cardholder Awareness

This Cancellation Policy is published before the purchase decision is made, to inform cardholders of their rights and responsibilities and to prevent misunderstanding and disputes.
