Delivery & Payment Confirmation Policy
Blue Star is a digital services provider. We do not ship physical goods. The sections below describe how services are delivered and how payment is confirmed.
1. Service Delivery
- All deliverables (strategy decks, content, designs, campaign reports, etc.) are provided digitally via email and/or secure file-sharing links to the email address registered by the customer.
- Project timelines are agreed in writing before work begins. Typical delivery windows range from 24 hours for small assets to 4 weeks for full campaign roll-outs.
- Recurring retainer services are delivered on the schedule defined in the signed proposal.
2. Payment Confirmation
- Once a payment is successfully processed, the customer will receive a payment confirmation by email to the email address provided at checkout.
- Payment confirmation emails are sent within a maximum of 24 hours of the successful transaction; in most cases delivery is immediate.
- If a confirmation email is not received within 24 hours, the customer should contact us using the details on the Contact Us page.
3. Fees
There are no delivery fees for digital services. All applicable charges are presented in AED on the proposal and at checkout before payment is confirmed.
4. International Customers
Because services are delivered digitally, customers located outside the UAE receive their deliverables at the same time as local customers, subject to the agreed project schedule.
